Better Than Expected
Bought these to use for Zoom and other videoconferencing meetings on my laptop since using the built in speakers and mic is not always clear. If you use it for your laptop and your laptop has 2 separate ports, you might need to get a headphone splitter to ensure you are getting sound as well as being able to use the mic. If using it for your phone, you might need to get a USB C adaptor depending on your phone.Comes with several eartips for comfort and the entire product is in a very nice and sturdy zippered carrying case for maximum convenience. The earhooks ensure that the earbuds stays in place without it feeling uncomfortable while walking or exercising. It delivers quality sound and at a high level so you will never have to worry about not being able to hear. The volume controls works well and easy to use as it's just a matter of pressing the up or down button to your desired level. When answering or hanging up on a phone call, it's as easy as just pressing the middle button once. It also has a small clip that you can clip onto your top/shirt to prevent the cord from excess swaying and ensuring an even sound when using the mic.Good bang for the buck. You get quality wired headset for a more than fair price. It does all the basic things well and more than meets expectations for the price.

2nd time purchasing them
This will be my 2nd set that I've purchased from this manufacturer. The 1st set wore out & started acting up for mom after a year. Considered others, but my mom really liked these because of how snug they fit around her ears & decided to buy another set for her.

Great product and excellent value
These are an excellent product and great value. They fit over the ear with ease and can rest on your ear if it is too loud, instead of going into your ear. I've been using one pair for over two years without issue. I went ahead and bought another in case I lose them.
