I purchased this foot massager in 2024, loved using it for the last year. It works very well. The kneading, heat, and Air pressure can be adjusted which makes the massage enjoyable. However I had an issue with the cord where it seemed to have a short. I emailed this company a little over a year, and without hesitation, they emailed me back quickly, asked I send the order#, short video, serial#, so they could have quality see what was going on. Without prompt, they already had shipped me a new one. Received it in a few days. I was shocked, no jumping through hoops, no hesitation, this company gave 100 percent Customer Satisfaction. plus I love the foot massager!! Thank you for standing behind your products. I wish all companies had your commitment to excellence. Way to go!

This thing feels amazing! It doesn't "cure" my foot pain. Before this i would stay awake at night from foot pain, I couldnt sleep. With this, the pain subsides so much it allows me to get a good night's rest! I love it! It simply feels amazing, sometimes I just sit on the couch, watch TV and enjoy one of the most amazing foot massages I've ever had!

I wasn’t sure if I was going to to like it but I really did. It performed well and hit the spots on my feet that needed to be hit. It was easy to set up and use. Everything was in perfect condition also. It was a bit noisy though but that doesn’t really bother me. Comfort was the key. It also heats up very well no problems with heating.

Bought this just over a year ago. Easy to use, great during cold Winter and after long walk and needed a massage. Device runs 15 minutes per session, and you need to turn it on again after a session. Liner can be unzipped and taken off velcro to wash. Personal wish is if the rotating massagers were also at the balls of feet and toes, but this was really good for the price.Warranty & customer service: a few months before the 1 yr warranty was up, the rotating massage stopped working. I found it odd because I was a light user who used it 3-4x/wk during cold days, but didn’t use during Summer until October/November. Procrastinated and contacted customer service when i realized i was still under warranty. After a few simple questions, Ava sent a replacement out.Recommended because this company stands behind their products within reason, and products are good at the price.

It feels divine and makes my feet happy. Good condition and good selection of intensities.

I’m on my feet all day, therefore I use this everyday. Has different levels of massage and squeeze pressure. Highly recommend, great quality for the price, battery life is good. Be sure to read the directions before you put your feet in, pressure can be too much if you’ve never used before. Start out with lowest level. I’m a massage therapist and I would definitely recommend this to my clients.

My old foot massager wore out, so I bought this one, as Bob and Brad have good content on their youtube channel, I have bought from them before, and I trust them. This foot massager works fine, except that1. It can be run for only 15 minutes at a time.2. You have to wait 30 minutes between uses, per package instructions.3. It doesn't massage my feet as much as my old machine did. Now is this good or bad, I am not sure, but I liked the stronger massage. And I liked being able to have a 30 minute foot massage.

My wife mentioned wanting the bob and brad foot massager. Of course I bought it and it took several months before I took it for a test drive.Let me tell you how awesome this is. I am a blue collar guy and constantly on my feet. I abused my feet for years in the military as well. This foot massager has brought so much relief. I have more feeling and sensation in my feet after using it for just 20 minutes a day.The build quality seems good and the air pressure and heat settings are my favorite. It’s easy to pop my feet in while I unwind for the day and the remote makes it super simple to change intensity with out bending over.My only complaint is that I wish the power cord was a little longer. Overall it has been a great purchase and at the price point it’s at I would easily recommend this or buy it again.
