Fantastic item for homemade pickling
Fantastic item for homemade pickling. This very fine grain salt is a good value at this size. Enough to keep me pickling for some time. It is clean and fine and the grains are the right size for quick dissolving in simmering water. The saltiness is just right and if used correctly is not overpowering. I have used this salt to pickle eggs, bell peppers, jalapenos and red onions so far. It's a necessity for my pickling and I am very pleased with the purchase. Will definitely order again when I run low.

No iodine for me
Very nice , nice flavor, works well in salt shakers, needed without iodine & so far the is very good.

Clean Taste, But Clumps in Humidity
Baja Fine Sea Salt is pure, non-iodized, and dissolves fast—great for cooking, baking, or finishing. Fine grain mimics table salt but with better mineral flavor.
