Definitely not your mother's mayonnaise. This is the good stuff! Egg and oil are used properly with the right amount of bite from the vinegar. Yeah, this is the spicy version, that makes even better they use cayenne pepper. Not Tabasco or habanero real cayenne pepper. It works with body I gar-on-tee! Said a famous safety coordinator 😉 definitely not Duke's mayonnaise. Blue Plate really is good 💯

I wanted to give it 5 stars…
But it was so expensive. So went back and bought a 6 pack to lower the price. I also give 4/5 stars because it’s made with Soybean Oil Crap!!! Probably deserves 1 out of 5 for the poisonous Industrial fats/oil. Make it with animal fats only please!!!

Did not like the taste. Waste of money.
Got this to replace Tobasco brand no longer made which I loved. This is a really a very poor replacement. Neither my wife or I could eat it. I never mentioned what I thought to my wife first. She wouldn’t eat it. Took it to a BBQ and had a taste test with others not saying what we thought. Not one person could stand it so it is not us. This sounds harsh but that’s the way it is. Save your money.
