Timely arrival! Needed the kit to repair and replace some existing boat wiring. Was satisfied with product and the only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is that there were no instructions on how to use the crimper or assemble the Deutch connectors and other components sohad to search the internet for that information. After that it all worked great!

The media could not be loaded.  These in my opinion are some of the best types of electrical connectors you can use for automotive and power sports. Once you know how to use the crimper and what pins and wedges go in what connectors its such a simple and fool proof process.I recently had to change the 3 pin connector on a diesel heater control panel. The connector is in an area of moisture so I wanted a good waterproof connection hence the use of these connectors. The kit didn't come with instructions so I had to reference the internet to confirm I was assembling the connectors correctly. I've attached a short video demonstration here to help others.I have used other style pins and crimpers and the Deustch style is by far the easiest to assemble and far less likely to fail in my opinion. While these style connectors are not cheap they are far superior over many other styles and for me especially in moisture prone areas I would not use anything else. A simple set of pictorial instructions would have made this a 5 star product.

The provided connectors offer various sizings that should fill all of your current needs and then some. The tools that come with it are also effective and help with installation of these.
