I had trouble getting the case to fit at first. Works best to start at the bottom and put your phone in that way than from the top. Its light weight and durable. I am glad I went with this case instead of a different one.

Perfect fit phone

I recently discovered that the sound quality on my phone was not caused by this case. I was mistaken and needed to reset the phone after an international trip. I am upgrading this review to a 4 as the case is truly waterproof yet I can use the touch screen easily. It is perfect except for the minor problem that some charging cables will not work with the case on the phone. Other cables work fine. I am very happy with this case!

Case really is indestructible and waterproof

It does its job, but I don't like how you sound muffled to people and with your volume being all the way up you can still barely hear people.

Protects against drops for sure. I dropped my galaxy S9 immediately after I bought it, before I had this case, and shattered the entire back. I added the case, and have dropped it many times since with no problem. Does make it hard to push the power and volume buttons. Fingerprint scanner and camera work fine with it. I had to turn up the touchscreen sensitivity to maximum in order to get the touch screen to work, but that does work fine now.

The media could not be loaded.  It only worked just up until the return window closed and now I can't hear anything with it on my phone and no one can hear me on the other side. Straight garbage!!

The media could not be loaded.  I would never guessed that this case could get RUN OVER BY SEVERAL CARS AND PROTECT MY PHONE!! I forgot my phone on the back of by bosses truck and it ended up in the road! I found it 20 min later (watching it get run over) only to think my phone is trashed🥺 NOT a single scratch!! 💜🥰I love this case!!!

So far so good. I wouldn't say this is the same quality as a lifeproof case but this is also much much less expensive. It doesn't feel or look cheap but it doesn't feel or look of top quality. The screen protector does make it a little less sensitive to touch, it might need a little more pressure or multiple taps. It is nice to hold because of the slim design and it was very simple to put on. It came with a tether that attaches to the phone and the inflatable life preserver so if it drops in the water it will float.
