This is a fantastic product. I put it on under my eyes before I put a little dab concealer on then dab it in with a brush and it sets my concealer all day and keeps under my eyes moist so no zombie crate dry under eye. I highly recommend it.

Great product, easy to apply. Was the missing piece of my skin routine! Highly recommend!

Great product, lousy applicator Beware when you purchase this product. the twist up applicator is defective…. It will not properly twist up the product like a lipstick tube, but just because you can’t twist it up any longer does not mean the product is depleted, the product really does fill the tube. I’ll be writing to the manufacturer to complain about the applicator (contact info is on the product cap).

I gave this product 3 stars because the quality of the eye balm itself is actually very good. It hydrates the under-eye area nicely and leaves the skin feeling soft and refreshed. However, the packaging quality is not the same as before. The balm works like a crayon stick, but when you try to twist it up, the product gets stuck and does not come out properly. It becomes difficult to use and feels defective. I really like the formula, but the packaging needs improvement.

Received it without any packaging or safety seal. Easily could’ve been someone’s return. I was just too excited to try it. Didn’t appear to be used and I blame the TikTok hype for brainwashing me!!! My main issue is that it does not twist up. This is CHEAP and FAULTY packaging! And now money down the drain! I’m beyond the 30 days to return or I would. I should’ve the moment I saw it unsealed, but was too excited to try it. ROC really needs to do better with this twist up issue. I searched google about it and it’s a common issue. As far as the product, it feels nice and silky when first applying. But moisture doesn’t feel retained, my skin is dry within seconds. Maybe my skin is just in desperate need and soaking it up. My Aquaphor stick works just as well and feels hydrated for much longer. Have not seen any change to my dark circles or lines from using. Only thing I really liked was when my makeup creased, it did help greatly. I’ve reached out to RoC directly and they’ve done nothing either. If you’re going to buy this, don’t buy it off of Amazon to save a few bucks. Get it from somewhere where you can return it after 30 days when it stops twisting. And it’s in the packaging so you know it’s not someone’s return. UPDATE: I reached out to RoC directly and they sent me a brand new one. There’s a phone number right in the tube cover to call. They got back to me immediately and 2 days later had a new one in its way. I just received it, IN THE BOX it should’ve came in! And it twists!!! If you have an issue and it’s beyond the 30 days to return to Amazon, reach out to RoC directly. They were great!

I love it but the way that it screws up to get the product out is horrible. This is probably my third or fourth one and I’ve had problems with every single one, but the product is so good. I keep buying it.. go ahead and get one of those little spatula few things if you plan on using this because you’re gonna end up needing it

I couldn't believe how well & fast this Roc glow eye balm works, one coat & under my eye is lighter already. I recommend this product to anyone with Dark circles under eyes are getting lighter with one use only using very little & puffiness is going away.love it I'm gonna buy more

4.5 stars. I love this, it is lightweight, feels good and I believe my dark circles are fading. I had a line under my eye, that kept getting visibly dry. This moisturized it and the line is less visible. It is easy to swipe on, and you don’t even have to rub it in before you apply makeup. My only reason for not allowing 5 full stars is that the dispenser dial would stop working and you would have to fumble with it to get it to dial up. Towards the end, it quit working all together, so I had to use a fingernail to dig out the last of it. This is a minor thing and will not stop me from ordering again.
