these are an amazing snack. they smell so nice and fresh and are creamy and soft (crisp but soft, if that makes sense). great for recipes, too. definitely recommend. almost every cashew is whole and HUGE. I'm very impressed.

Excellent Cashew Nuts
I love cashews. Unfortunately as I balance my blood pressure I have to limit my salt. So I purchase unsalted cashews. These are excellent and they are fresh or have a natural taste. There is no salt to detract from the taste. They are also just the right texture, not too hard and not too soft. They have a rich buttery taste and are not roasted. They are so good that I have to constantly remind myself to stick to a serving size and not to eat too many at once. If you love raw, whole, unsalted, not roasted cashews these will be a TREAT!
