Easy to install and convenient charge plugs
If you have ever changed your power outlets then these will be easy to install. I have used the charge ports and they work just like a power block.

Easy install, tough to use
Installation was fairly straightforward. Unlike regular sockets, you cannot split the top and bottom for separate circuits.The first time you plug something in is very difficult. I used some dielectric grease because it was so tough. However, it is worth accepting for the price.

Works as advertised
I replaced two outlets on our kitchen island so we could charge stuff while reducing how far out into the walkway chargers would project.I give them 4 stars because we managed to break one when the cable was put in reversed. When the little plastic bit is broken then that port is no longer usable. It wasn't a major effort to break it, so it seemed a bit fragile.

Install in newer house
The item did not fit my wall due to the house being an older model. Gave them to my son in law to install in his house.

Can't plug something in the regular plug, and a phone into the USB. The regular plug blocks the USB port.

Will fail inspection and it can only be the last one in the chain
This item is not UL listed, (ETL means nothing in the USA) so if your inspector is a jerk, they can technically make you replace it before selling the house. just something to keep in mind.Additionally, there's only 2 screws (1 on each side) so if your outlet branches off to other outlets (2 hot, 2 white, 1 ground), you won't be able to use it. This can only be the last outlet in a sequence of outlets (1 hot, 1 white, 1 ground). So, only one of these was useful.additionally, the faceplate is smaller than the ones we replaced which showed drywall imperfections. we had to get a larger one at Lowes.
