Easily seen bright colored bag. Lots of storage and pockets to keep your kit organized.

Great Capacity
I’m able to fit all my emergency supplies inside with room to spare. The zipper gets stuck at one point but I’m hoping that works itself out.

Spacious and comfortable med bag- now I'm organized!
I have several IFAK's around my house, several trauma-specific kits, tourniquets, bandaid pouches, shears, suture kits, general meds, and many other first aid and emergency response-related items ready for use. My biggest problem, though, has been not having a bag that I liked to store everything in for quick/rapid deployment, be it in the house, on the go, or out and about. This backpack has hit a grandslam! The backpack is actually a legit, comfortable backpack, even or especially when loaded up. The back panel appears to be a breathable material which will help when wearing in the hot summers, or just for when wearing for long periods of time. The straps are thick and stout, and they are not cheap, nylon webbing straps that just dig into your shoulders. There are so many pockets! I love the expanding side pockets for keeping tourniquets in one side, and emergency blankets and glow sticks in the other. The lower front pock is sufficient to hold 2 Israeli bandages, gauze, and tape, with lots of smaller pockets and webbing on the actual pack, helping for organization. There is one front pocket behind the first aid hook and loop patch, which I use to keep my trauma shears, scissors, pen lights, and torch lights for quick access. There are two larger compartments in the backpack that are so useful. The outer, or larger compartment fits 5 of my small pouches/bags that are response-specific and labeled, as well as some other cold packs, bandages, and sam splints. When you open the bag, it is easy to quickly identify and access which kit I need. The last compartment, against your back, has what works as a laptop sleeve, and other smaller webbing pouches in it. I have an EMT response book in there for providing additional aide, should an emergency arise when I need immediate action beyond my abilities or recollection, while waiting for help. The bag is large and red and has retroreflective bands on it, making it very visible. I have advised my family where I keep it in the event of an emergency. The only item I didn't like, or rather was surprised that was not already included, was zipper pull cords. Fortunately, the zippers and the pulls are strong, and I have the bag loaded! I need longer pulls, though, so I have added retroreflective bright green paracord pull tabs or strings or cords onto each of the nine zippers for a more convenient way of opening the various pockets. I highly recommend this bag, am considering ordering another, and give it a huge two thumbs up!
