This Kenwood was simple to install with included threaded backplate. Navigating the menus, linking bluetooth, adjusting the 13 band equalizer is so intuitive and simple. Very dense waterproof foam on backside to keep water out. Im not running this with an amp just stock output with two 6.5 polk DB marine speakers and sound quality is great for what i need. I cannot comment on durability since i just installed this. Its pricey but its kenwood and this thing should last. Nice job Kenwood. I love it
