Great kit for connectors if you have the correct crimp tool.

A very good quality crimping tool for use with the deutsch style connectors. Having owned a few cheap crimping tools before the difference between them and this tool are night and day. The old crimpers would struggle to get all sides of the terminal crimped well enough to fit i the terminal and be secure, this tool looks similar and operates in the same way as the others, but this tool actually works right. It easily crimped all sides of the terminal with a nice indent and locks the terminal in place in the tool until you have completed a full crimp, a very nice feature. Once the crimp is done it relapses the terminal for fitting in the plug. The crimping tool is well made with a heavy feel to it and looks like it will last a long time under normal use. The kit includes a nice assortment of different size deutsch connectors to get you going, the included connectors are what I would consider to be equivalent to OEM style automotive connectors. Good quality terminals, tight fitting rubber seals will ensure a good connection for many years to come. A great way to get into deutsch connectors!
