Great sensory toy
The recipient is a big fan of these toys. It's a little fragile when it comes to the bubble on top but it's not a huge issue. I bought a few for back ups. I'm grateful I found these.

Huge WIN!! BUY IT ALREADY!!
I bought this for an autistic friend. I was very concerned that it wouldn't hold up. First of all, it DID come with batteries. It's been thrown, dropped, stepped on, all the things that happen in the life of a 4 year olds toy. And it's held up going on 3 months. I kept the box Knowing it would break and it hasn't. I believe it was $17 and I wouldn't hesitate to spend that AGAIN if I hear it's been broken. It lit up and spun very fast and was much more exciting at night. None of the lights were bright enough to harm his eyes. There's a pivot switch that keeps it on then off when pressed again. I find it very cool. I would have loved it at 4, 55 years ago. Have a Great day😎****Update**** Nov 24,2023 Still Working STRONG!!

Flashlight Fun
This product came sooner than expected. The packaging was very inviting and as soon as my toddler saw the box her face lit up. She initially thought it was just a cool spinning flashlight, but quickly decided it was also a magic wand and a microphone. She also loves using the wand to put magic spells on mommy, daddy, and her little sister. I also let my 9 month old toddler play with it and she was mesmerized and it kept her calm for a long time. There is something very calming about the movement and pattern of the lights. I like that the product itself is very lightweight and plastic and seems to be durable. After throwing down the light (instead of gently placing) several times the outer bulb did crack but flashlight still works fine. Overall this product is exactly how it was described and I imagine it will be the new favorite toy in the house for a while.

Worth buying
The media could not be loaded. These are super cool and were perfect for my 2 and 3 year old. They got the hang off it quick since it’s just a click of a button! Love them

Not sure if this is a knock off.
We have one that is well over a year old that has worked fine and held up well with constant use everyday. My son dropped it and it cracked the globe. I got some uv light glue to repair it and it worked well for a couple of months. I started to try the uv glue again, but figured since it didn't last, I would try to use super glue. I tried to keep excess super glue from the inside of the globe because of the fumes. But, there was still enough fumes that got in to ruin the appearance of the globe and apparently the lights. So I ordered this one. I didn't notice any issues at first because it came with batteries already installed. However, when I had to replace the batteries, I noticed the battery compartment was way different than the old one. The old batteries were easy to remove. However, the rechargeable batteries that I use were difficult to put in and were too tight. Then I tried energizer max alkaline batteries. The battery by itself is tucked away and still hard to install due to the point of the dual battery guides being in the way. But, I got them in. It was a bit of a pain. Since they were still a little tight, I had to bump the bottom of the toy with the palm of my hand firmly a few times, to get the batteries to slide towards the end and make contact with the terminals and started working. Last night I had to replace the batteries again. Instead of dealing with the hassle. I took about 5 minutes and used my dremel with sanding wheel on it to remove the point on the first two battery guides. Where the screw holds the two halves together at the bottom, the battery guide on that side was out further than the plastic for the screw hole. So I ground that down to the screw hole plastic. Those three modifications made all the difference in world. Now even my thicker rechargeable batteries install easily and they can slide properly to make contact with the terminals like they are supposed to do.The finish on the older one still looks almost new vs the new one where the finish has really shown a lot of wear with only around a month's use.I'm not sure if this is a knock off of the original toy, or if the manufacturer lowered it's quality significantly from the one I had.
