WARNING: This is the right one to buy. K2 is essential for the good distribution of calcium. Without K2 you will probably get calcium lumps in places calcium should not be. I got a lump in my foot and it took a month to disperse, and hurt a lot in the meantime. It follows that if you take the Oxford Vitamin D and Calcium combination (which is also to be found here on Amazon) you should use the K2 combination as well*, all the while keeping your total D intake correct. I recommend you don't ever take Vitamin D and Calcium pills without some K2. Having said that warning, I have nothing but praise for theser tablets. They are small, tasteless and they are correctly dosed. It means you can tweak your levels of D very accurately. And if you are someone who has D shortage - like I was - these pills will change your life - no exageration. D is a hormone, and if it is not present in correct levels a lot of nasty stuff will happen to you - especially your sleep will suffer and the consequences of that are very far reaching. I take these pills all winter starting in early November. I start at 4 per day, and when I feel the levels are right (usually about January), I cut it to two. I drop them altogether when the sun starts to shine and I got outside a good deal more, usually sometime in April (if we are lucky!) If you suspect you may have a D deficiency, don't buy the ones in the supermarket, buy these.

The tablets are small and very easy to swallow. I was happily surprised by that fact as other supplements the tablets are much bigger, they can become difficult to swallow and you are effectively taking extra bulking stuff with them that you don't really need. The level of vitamin D3 is quite high and very much in line with the recommendations I am starting to see around in relation to helping reduce your likelihood of Covid19 infection (you also obviously need to follow the rest of guidelines in relation to avoid infection and hopefully everyone else around is following them as well). Vitamin D is also recommended in general not just during these times. I highly recommend this product as it is very good value for money and the service was excellent. I am not in the UK and I did not have any issues with the delivery (no customs issues at all beyond the small fees).

I've been using Oxford Vitality products for quite a few years now. As an Oxfordshire resident, it's nice to be able to buy important vitamins from a relatively local company. So many of these sort of products come from abroad, let alone from relatively nearby. Like many other people, I like the minimal packaging, which usually enables items to be posted through the letterbox. And they are generally reasonably good value for money. I have to qualify that somewhat by saying that as far as I remember, buying vitamin K2 from them used to be very cheap, then I noticed the price seeming to go up quite a bit (although it's usually more expensive from competitors. Then I discovered (thanks to a comment or review on Amazon) that they did a vitamin D + K2 product, and also that they did 500 tablet packs (and I see today they have a 1000 tablet pack, although I'm only buying a 500 tablet pack today (plus the same in the MK-7 variety). I like to get both versions of K2 (MK4 and MK7 - See the book "Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox" which says that it's important really to get both versions). So I'm buying the version of these tablets with the MK7 K2 as well, and will give the same review there.

Updated review! I bought these following a blood test which showed me Vitamin D deficient. They come in a resealable bag. They're aspirin size, chalky consistency and I have no issue with swallowing them. I had a repeat blood test after taking these for over 3 months and my vitamin D levels are back to normal

great to use in the winter time

Excellent. Great in the winter to top up your Vit D. Contains Vit K as well which helps you absorb the D correctly.

I have had this product before and they are good and easy to take. However this time I didn't receive d3 tablets but was sent a vape cartridge instead. ☹️

I have been taking these tablets for few months now and I definately have noticed a difference. I haven't been ill apart from a bit of sore throat and my bones haven't hurt this winter.. my husband has also been taking them everyday for at least 6 months, and although he still get a virus now and again he hasn't been as ill and frequent as usual.. and the friend who recommended them to me hasn't had any chest infections nor pneumonia since she started taking the tablets. So at least three happy customers :) Also the customer service is amazing! The only con I can mention is that they are on the expensive side. but saying that I have noticed the price has been reduced on the small pack and it is more reasonable.
