## Description

Fitvids 3 in 1 Non-Slip Wooden Plyo Box Plyometric Box Jumping Exercise, Multiple Sizes

Review: Sturdy and Perfect for Home Workouts - I’m very happy with the Plyo Box! It’s a great addition to my home workout setup and works well for a variety of exercises, including box jumps, step-ups, and strength training routines. The size is convenient and provides a good balance of challenge and stability. The wooden construction feels solid and durable, and the non-slip design helps provide confidence during workouts. I appreciate that it doesn’t take up too much space while still being versatile enough for different fitness exercises. This is a great piece of equipment for anyone looking to add more variety and intensity to their workouts. It’s practical, sturdy, and a great value for building strength and improving fitness at home.
Review: Great product! - I followed a previous reviewers advise and used a power drill. It went together beautifully. There was one side ( 2 holes) that weren’t lined up right, but I just threw in a screw that didn’t require pre drilling. Honestly, there’s enough dang screws that you wouldn’t even need to worry about it. I did a test jump and there was no wobble. It’s great for box jumps as well as many other things where I would use a bench or steps. Now I don’t have to. I purchase the 12x14x16 and plant to purchase the next size up. It is a good weight, easy to move but definitely well made.
