I ordered without checking if it is sublingual. But it is still a good vitamin. Tastes like sweet tart candy to me. My blood work showed good results.

Yes it does assist in energy and all aspects of the supplement. It doesn't dissolve easily. So if the patient has a swallowing problem please either place in warm water to breakdown or cut in 4 pieces. Otherwise it's super!

Good substitute for my UT Zen, that has mot been available lately and actually has the proportions the Dr recommends, glad to have it when UT Zen cannot be had
