I have suffered with the bones in one foot for about ten years and a friend mentioned that Comfrey oil will help so I thought I'd try! Well the results are so positive - I rubbed the oil into my foot every night and it took about five weeks to now be pain free so it's a miracle cure! I'm now growing it in my garden because it seems to heal a weakness and if you're active there is always somewhere on your body that is strained! It's quite oily so a little goes a long way.
