This is a very nice and well made emergency dog tag! Love the color and the slight weight to it. It was worth every penny!! Engraving is so clear and greatly done. Comes with a chain too in a black velvet bag. Recommend highly! Great for anyone who needs one.

I just got this today and i love it!!The engraving was very easy to read and i was impressed with the wallet card, I didn't expect it to be metal. I probably over looked that. I wish the wallet card could have been engraved in the back but I can add a waterproof sticker. The watch tag was very impressive and I don't notice it while wearing it!

This is what we needed for my elderly father.Enough space in the front and back of the tag but small enough not to be annoying while wearing it. I wish they made it in red but it’s not a dealbreaker since it has the medical alert symbol, and, the lettering is crystal clear, with more than enough space for all the info.The wallet medical card is great for a small fee. It’s thin enough and the size of a credit card. I just added the waterproof Red Medical alert sticker. I felt that in a case of an emergency people would look for the red medical symbol and since the card is blue and no medical alert symbol people may miss it. Also in the future maybe have the option to add info in the back of the card so all info is in the wallet card and the person does not have to wear the tag at all times. I truly recommend the tag and the wallet card option. The seller was wonderful and items arrived before the scheduled time.

Amazing work. It gives you a little peace of mind if you go to areas alone and something happens and need help from the fisrt people you see. And above all this are the only tags that I have seen that give you the largest costumisable range.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this BLUE medic alert necklace 💙. The color is beautiful. I've never seen blue medic alert jewelry before. But the most important thing is that you can write a book on both sides 😆. you can put so much information on both sides. it's amazing. Most personalized jewelry only allow you to put a few words on it. It's amazing how I was able to put: my blood type, allergies, no DNR, no cremation, the year I had my back surgery, warnings for a backsurgery patient, contacts: all 4 of my adult children's first and last names, my full name, my date of birth, the name of my surgery: Gastric Bypass, the date of my surgery, the name of the hospital I'm having my surgery at, the important instructions relating to post gastric bypass surgery: no blind NG, no NSAIDs, vitamins for life, no sugars, and my husband's name and his phone number. Can you believe it? All of that on both sides. So amazing.

This product had all of the information correct on the tag, and it was all very legible. The only thing that I didn’t like was the size of the necklace. It is functional, but my preference would be for one and inch or two longer. Good product.

Print is small, but very clear and easy to read with my 1.25 power reading glasses (which I need for reading). It is printed on the medallion, not stamped. I got the dark blue which provides great contrast with the silver printing. The fact that you can get printing on the front and back is a plus.
