Does it's job
Does what it's supposed to, eye holes are a little pointy, other than that no issues

No instructions included. Easy to say put it in the microwave to heat up. I put mine in for 30 seconds and the plastic distorted. So how long at what power? A good job they in pairs. I'll keep that one for cold and heat the other one at a lower power when I need it.Not much to ask is it?It was delivered just in see through plastic packaging. So maybe the box and instructions were lost along the way somewhere. But the product feels good on the eye area.
