Will this fit in a overhead storage on a plane?

I bought this rolling duffel bag and it is good quality. Your question about whether it would fit in an overhead isn’t the issue. This duffel bag is too long, the airlines have height and width requirements for all carryons and this duffel bag is too long. Therefore it would be well above the height requirements at the counter. The airlines always check the size of each carry on. This duffel bag is just too long. I hope this helps.
