Artecho Watercolour Paint Set 128 Colours in Portable Box with Water Colour Pallet, Watercolour Papers and Brushes, Ideal for Adults, Artists and Hobbyists

I don't use watercolours very often, but my ancient travel set was looking rather sad and limited so I gave this a whirl - and was very pleasantly surprised. A good range of colours, complete with a mixing palette, a sponge pad, pencil (and sharpener and eraser) as well as two brushes, one with a water reservoir. It also comes with a small pack of watercolour paper, one sheet of which is pre-printed for you to paint your own colour swatch reference. This last kept me occupied for part of a wintry Saturday afternoon and is why I'm giving it 5 stars. The paints are pretty decent too!

Wife loves this little set. All she needed to get started painting during winter months. She added that they're highly pigment paints in wide verity of colours. Pencil, paper etc seem to be good quality and all in a handy bag which makes it easy to travel with. Seems to tick a lot of boxes.

The colours are all really rich and pigmented. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 as I have a duplicate of one colour and one of the colours is missing.

This paint is amazing considering the price. You won’t get a professional quality and I have no clue about lightfastness but you can definitely achieve nice results with it if you’re ready for its limitations: they are a bit chalky (but colours are still vibrant and saturated) and not as transparent as professional paint so you will have to keep that in mind when layering. I mostly use the wet on wet technique and I have to say I really enjoy it. The colour selection is ok and you should be able to achieve what you want with them even if you’re not too sure about mixing. Give it a go, I think the set is great for the price.

This set is excellent. I love the brush they never had these when I was young. You fill it with water and not too much comes out either u just dab the brush with a towel if u dont want it very wet. I use it for backgrounds and big areas in colouring books.

A great set of watercolours - I think these are good quality & long lasting. I like the wide range of colours too. Would buy again.

I think the paint is good but a few of the paints had cracks and one was broken in half. But i think the quality of the paint is good. There are a lot of colors too. I dont know if its just me but i have a feeling the paint is getting used up very fast. I only painted one painting and theres already a dent in the paints.

I'm new to watercolor so this is really my first adult pan set. I love the variety of colors and find the pigments to be very pleasing. The metallic are a bit lighter than I'd like but the rest of the colors are very nice. They work for my amateur purposes. I'm a beginner but would say that the quality is good and good value for price. I love the tin, it's very cute and convenient.
