sofa arrives damaged, the hardest sofa to sit on
Sofa bed arrived in a box slashed in the middle, the under layer slashed. Customer service said is nothing to do with them but with Amazon. Contacted Amazon and Jamie from their customer service suggested to me I should let my family sleep on the sofa and then proceed to return it after they left. I explained that I’m struggling with time to wait for a new one and get time off to return this one. A few of his colleagues before him offered me a discount which I was happy to take and keep the bad sofa as I needed the sofa ASAP, but Jamie said he cannot longer do that. Anyway my point is keep an eye out if you don’t want to faff around with customer service and purchase a very uncomfortable sofa that is small to and won’t fit 2 people to sleep on.

Probably the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on
I refuse to believe that this is real furniture, it’s got to be a stage prop or window dressing.It looks great, but you can’t sit on it at all. Firstly it tilts forward, which feels really weird, secondly and most importantly there are no cushions! No padding whatsoever! It’s just springs with around 1 inch of foam in between the springs and your posterior. Anybody who has taken a sofa apart before will know that that’s what a sofa base looks like, the cushions go on top.You wouldn’t be able to add your own cushions either, because the back is so short that the cushions would take up half of it, and you wouldn’t have much to lean back on.I returned mine. I still can’t believe it’s being sold as furniture.

Poor quality
It is what it is for its price.Its cheap,light and very uncomfortable as a settee and don't ever try sleeping on it as its very hard.Its was also hard to install legs and side bits don't fit very well.Have another settee arriving next week.

Amazing
It arrived today and I am loving it. Great feel on my skin, long enough to accommodate my height. Only thing is the energy required to screw on the foot stands (just two though, the rest are super easy to screw on). Overall I recommend

Do not buy... I know it is cheap but it is so not worth it.
Literally can't explain how crap this is. They've used a pick and mix of different types of cushioning and the whole thing is held together by ten metal bars and cardboard strings. Bought this in October 2023, broken by May 2024.
