Love it so much, will probably keep it in walk in shower, even when I can stand and shkwer in my own! **Q: Are the arms removable** A: Yes, but the arms that come with it don't fit the chair. I sent one back and they sent me the same thing. I'm 250 lbs and don't fit with the arms anyway so I kept it.
