I came upon this stuff while looking for a carb free coffee creamer, as I had been on the south beach diet for a few weeks and was not enjoying straight black coffee. During that time I was losing weight but my workouts were becoming extremely hard to get through and I felt completely depleted of energy. I'd just be dragging at the end and sometimes before I even started. Then I got this stuff in the mail. Honestly I wasn't too impressed with the improvement of taste of the coffee but then found that a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream along with did the trick. I WAS however just blown away at the change in my energy levels during my workouts! Since I just bought this as a flavor enhancer, I was not expecting these performance results. (Forgive me, I don't know anything about keto or mtc oils) It's just nuts! Now, I have tons of endurance and energy to power through my workouts! I'm also losing weight faster. Though this stuff is expensive I'll definitely buy it again. If fatigue is a problem for you on these low carb diets I would absolutely recommend this! Oh and if you are a Celsius drinker, like me, a scoop of this with the orange powder stick tastes like an orange cream sickle. Yum!!

I follow the Keto lifestyle and was not getting enough fat in my diet, so I decided to give it a boost with adding the Perfect Keto MCT powder to a cup of Joe in the morning. OMG! I’ve only used this amazing powder for 3 days and feel amazing! The energy boost and clear head were the first things I noticed immediately. I mean I feel like the energizer bunny on turbo, lol. The second thing I noticed is that it killed my appetite, in a good way. I also do intermittent fasting with my Keto lifestyle and sometimes the hangries get the best of me, but no more. In fact I have to actually force myself to eat, which is something new for me. It makes fasting a breeze, without any side effects of feeling dizzy or weak or grumpy. I’m am totally blown away with this amazing nutrient. Yes, it’s pricy, but your paying for quality and amazing benefits, so in my opinion, it’s worth every cent! Even if you don’t follow the Keto lifestyle, this amazing powder will still benefit your heath with energy, clear thinking, curbing your appetite all while feeding your brain what it craves, fat! Good fats that is. It dissolves well, without lumps or clumps and tastes fantastic! I love the vanilla and the creaminess it gives my coffee. It has a pleasant mouth feel to it similar to eating forbidden foods. All in all I’m crazy about this stuff and just ordered 3 more jars so I don’t run out, yes it’s that addicting.

So, I'm brand new to this keto thing, and wow, what a maze to try to sort through all of the information about it, much of which seems almost conflicting, not to mention the status quo "health" industry seems to think it's a terrible idea. All I know is that eating the "approved" way for all these years, I'm overweight, with high blood pressure and likely pre-diabetic as well (just ordered blood glucose testing stuff to figure that out). So, I'm trying keto. Did a three day water fast, then restocked all the cupboards and the fridge and freezer with keto stuff, and jumped on the keto train. Seven days later, keto strips tell me I'm in ketosis, since beginning this (no cheats, staying under 20 carbs a day, no sugar, and, wow, really, living on incredibly delicious high fat foods???) and have already lost a bit of weight and scale keeps creeping down, and BP is down some as well, so this seems a path to stick to and see what happens. While a lot of info says one thing or another, one thing that seems consistent about keto, however, is to have some kind of MCT in the diet. Since I've read alarming accounts of MCT oil giving unpleasantly explosive results (and I tend to have a finicky gut) I decided to try this powder. It's a bit pricey, yes, but you can also order from their site, and it seems various users of the product give a discount code, if you look for keto folks on youtube, for example. Frankly, keto eating in general is pricey -- heavy cream, eggs, bacon, meats, butter, specialty flours and ingredients, steady veggies, and, how sad that eating unhealthy is ultra affordable, but eating to live is not. Crazy. Anyway, upon opening this, I thought I had opened up a birthday cake! Smells divine. Tried a little, raw, and good grief this tastes soooooooooooooo GOOD. Unreal. I already set about to create a keto smoothie recipe -- almond milk, coconut milk, heavy cream, a scant amount of frozen berries (low carb) and water, and a scoop of this magic stuff, plus some zero carb protein powder and psyllium husk powder (for fiber) and oh my, my, it is delicious! Oh, and ZERO digestive issues, and definitely makes me feel satisfied, full and peppy. Imagine a diet where you love the food! So, this is a BIG win for me, and I will try the chocolate next. I whip this up in a blender, no lumps or separation at all. Blends smoothly and, for me, all health benefits aside, the fact that it tastes so good is a big plus, especially since I thought I'd be giving up all the tasty carbs I've loved for so long, and, as we know, if we hate what we eat, it's hard to stick to any diet plan. So, bring on the keto! I'm all in!

I'm on my second go with Keto, and this stuff is the best. (Lost 45 lbs. the first run, lost 20 so far this run) Tastes great, energy all day, usually don't get hungry until lunch or dinner. I use a little $15 blender that I got off Amazon, and it this powder mixes perfectly and doesn't separate later. Starting Keto back up, the first thing I did was start things back up with this powder. Within days, it's like my body knew what was happening and I was pushing hard transition within a week. The first time I started Keto, it took me weeks to get those beginner strips to turn purple. This time around, I know what I need to do, and I know how my body feels when chemical changes are taking place. This time, I am not using any tracker apps, not using the strips, and I am making my adjustments based on muscle memory and knowing how my body feels as it transitions through different phases of ketosis. Despite how much I have changed on this second run with Keto, one thing definitely did not change, and that was consuming this power. Æ+++

I have alternated between Perfect Keto Vanilla and Dr. Colbert's French Vanilla Keto Powder for the last several months. I use MCT powder twice each day. Both are good in my coffee for a "vanilla creamer" taste, and both appear to be nutritionally similar. After going through about 3 canisters of each, I think I prefer Dr. Colbert's MCT powder slightly over Perfect Keto, because it is not as oily in my coffee (personal preference). Also, I think Perfect Keto vanilla has a slight chalky taste compared to the other product. Overall though, I still think Perfect Keto is a good MCT powder, just not my favorite.

I originally purchased this in the cinnamon toast flavor, which is quite good, and then I made the mistake of getting the vanilla which tastes nothing like vanilla and just has a very bad taste. Would return if I could.

I use this every day. I have had the cinnamon toast. Now, I’m hooked on the vanilla. I would say the vanilla I like the best so far. The cinnamon toast is very tasty (has a much strong taste - pretty strong). It also would sometimes get my throat (for those out there that are sensitive). The vanilla adds like this creamy texture to the coffee that is just so yummy!! For all the people that are saying it’s clumpy. This can be fixed easily and for cheap. You can by battery operated hand whisk or mixer (whatever they are called) for $10 on here. I have two of them. I use them for coffee, my powdered drinks, and also for mixing up my bases for soups and stuff. They are wonderful. You have zero clumps or chunks. It’s completely smooth. All you need is two AA batteries to go with the device you choose. I hope this helps. I might try chocolate next, but I am surprisingly so hooked on vanilla.

Updating my review: May 24 I tried the Vanilla after being out of stock for many months. It’s absolutely inedible! It just taste like a bitter chemical taste. Like when you stick your tongue on a 9-volt battery. That’s what it tastes like. None returnable so 2 tubs will be thrown away with a huge monetary loss. I am very disappointed. I had used this product te for about 8 years or more! I may try the unflavored. I will not purchase any more flavored varieties and I am very sad about this. I have been adding vanilla to coffee for longer than I can remember. It is absolutely wonderful! I’m not a chocolate fanatic but my husband likes and I can say that it’s very good. The Salted Carmel on the other hand is absolutely horrible. Both of the other flavors were out of stock so I took a chance but like other reviews said - it is bad. I will be throwing it away. Too bad since it’s quite expensive. Vanilla is back in stock so I ordered 2 :)
