Niceday Rowing Machine, Hydraulic Rower Machine with 16 Resistance Levels, 300LBS Loading Capacity

This rower is damn good, because it's small enough for an apartment and it only literally took me less than 10 minutes to put together because it's practically already put together. There's certainly enough resistance for a decent workout. The action on it is smooth and to be frankly honest with you it's more than I expected. If you have a home gym and a small apartment or an area in your den or garage, this would definitely be a great addition especially for the price. It's very simple and it's not fancy and it gets the job done. I've used it for up to an hour on a warm day and though it heats up it still stands up to my workout and maintains the resistance. Of course it's supposed to get hot due to the friction and the motion of the components but the main thing is it actually holds up. It's not loud at all.

I am very impressed with this small/compact rowing machine. It is very affordable, easy to assemble, very sturdy and lightweight enough to move around easily. I have only had it for six days but I have used it five out of the last six days. I started on resistance level 6 and it is enough resistance to start out with for me. I feel a bit of soreness in my muscles but not so much that I want to quit. Being in my early 60s and a bit overweight, my main goal is to gain more muscle tone and eventually lose some weight. Since the rowing machine works so many muscle groups, I believe this is the exercise to accomplish my goal.

Pros: This was very easy to assemble. It’s a good quality for the price and very quiet. It’s sturdy, but light and easy to store upright against a wall. Seat is comfortable. Generally works well, and I’m glad I got it. Con: I took one star off because it doesn’t allow for enough range of motion on the rowing stroke. I am 5’4” but I feel like I’m too long for the machine. I hope I’m explaining it ok: when I lean back at the end of a stroke, the rowing arm is stopped before I can get full extension. But for the price, that just doesn’t bother me too much. It’s still a good value.

This was a snap to put together - well labeled parts (start even labeled front and back) and took 20 min including unboxing. Seat is pretty comfortable and the resistance is suitable for beginners at the lightest level and goes up pretty hard. It is well made, but yet light enough to move around. I have it in the guest bedroom but I can easily move it on my own and I am elderly and disabled. For any people wanting cardio and upper body but who can do a lot of standing or put a lot of stress on feet or knees, this is a decent choice for the price

It’s a very easy machine to use and it doesn’t take up too much space at all. It also didn’t take up too much time to build. The only thing is that the hydraulic part gets hot the longer you use it. Other than that , it’s a pretty decent, affordable machine if you’re looking for a home rower

This rowing machine is a great little row. It was very easy to put together. Just a few screws. I am 63 and I did it myself. The machine is lightweight to move around yet sturdy enough to do what it needs to do. It's quiet and I feel a good value. For the price you can't beat it. I am 5'3" and weigh 130lbs. I am very comfortable while rowing and I do feel it throughout my body. It is not huge but has a smooth operation. It gives a good workout in the comfort of your home. I would recommend!

Niceday Hydraulic Rowing Machine Model: 2092HKD...Wow! I bought this row machine because of the price ($95) and because it's the perfect size for my small space. It came very well packaged and the assembly instructions were so easy to follow! I love that it can support up to 300 pounds which is much more than some others. It is light weight and easy to move around. I will say though, I am not sure why they show it standing up as you would have to take it apart to store it that way. They should not imply that you can just fold it up for storage. I am a 51 year old female (5'5") who does not do gym memberships. I was using this and honestly it was so easy to keep going while listening to my favorite music. I like the tension adjustments and it is overall comfortable to use. My 15 year old son (6' something) is able to use it with no problems. I look forward to exercise being fun :-)

I am headed for double knee replacements and also have painful arthritis. I needed a simple, lightweight machine so I can get all over non weight bearing motion. I love this little rower as it does all that well. It came with easy to follow assembly instructions. I would recommend putting it up on a table to assemble. You don’t have to lean way forward or way backwards during the row motion as your hands are firmly at waist level and you don’t strain your lower back to get a core tightening effect. The adjustable intensity is great so on bad days I can still use the machine on practically no resistance setting for good body movement without strain. The only hard part for me is getting on to the seat as it is very close to the floor, but that’s another story. The unit is light and easy to put up against the wall when not in use. It is a slick little piece of equipment and I love it.

I don’t have much to compare it with but this rowing machine is just like it’s described. Light weight but sturdy; seat is comfortable and super quiet, and the tension is easily adjusted. Hubby put it together and I didn’t hear him swearing so it probably was easy. I’d recommend this.
