More like a candy than a gummy, these are really tasty and have a great peachy taste. I've tried other companies but none as tasty as this!

These are a tasty vitamin with a good amount of Tumeric.

I have used several other turmeric gummies for inflammation, and I have used better, but these Piping Rock are not bad. They are tasty enough, you can definitely taste the ginger a little bit, but they did a good job covering it up with the peach flavor. Three gummies have 1350mg of turmeric extract, and the label does say that this is a 3:1 extract of 450mg of curcumin, but that really does not at all give one an idea of how much of the active compounds 'curcuminoids' is actually in it. Most reputable supplements tell you that the extract has been standardized to a certain percentage of curcuminoids, most common is 95%. The studies that show that turmeric is as anti-inflammatory as prescription arthritis medication used 750mg standardized to 95% curcuminoids, so I see this as a benchmark for supplements. Anyway, I did feel relief from these gummies, I typically took four at a time and spaced them out as frequently as I would if I were taking over the counter ibuprofen. The ginger in these works like black pepper extract does in that it helps keep the curcuminoids from being metabolized too quickly in your cells keeping the active compound in your body long enough to affect things. This Piping Rock was a decent value too, better priced than most turmeric gummies I have tried. I would buy these again, four stars for "like".
