Tried this item but I think I should waited till my neck problem eases up just found it quie hard to put I had to get my husbands help

Nice quality product, very easy and comfortable to wear, it's a big help for me, because office job is always make my back hurts, this product help me not just stand straight, also fix my back problems, no more hunchback.

It's a no from me on this one.I have reasonably bad posture, and thanks to years of back pain and slouching, my wife bugged me to get one of these posture adjustment strapsFirstly, it comes for no instructions. Just the holster/strap and that's basically it.Secondly, the description for this item talks about this strap having an adjustable buckle at the back - and that is flat out not true.What you have it a couple of shoulder straps with some adjustments with velcro on the end. It doesn't really pull back your shoulders into the correct posture position and cuts in under your arms. It's not that comfortable over long periods.So no, wouldn't recommend.
