For the money it is what you expect. Not premier quality but will get the job done. Giving 5 stars because my wife washed it on accident and it works the same. So add waterproof to the list.

I am reviewing two of these Lavalier mics. This one was a bit less expensive than th other, and for most applications it will fill your needs and work fine. I did notice that in some circumstances the noise cancellation feature doesn't do as good of a job as it should. That said, for the most part, these will do fine. EASY to install, no connection nonsense, just plug and play!I'm knocking off one star because the noise cancellation is not as functional as other more expensive ones. However, I would recommend this mic for your phone.

I should've read the other reviews closer and I would have realized they were all part of a promotion. Makes sense. The mic is super quiet and I wish I'd noticed the fact that in the one vid I watched about it, the girl was holding it up to her mouth. This seems to be a common issue with the cheaper lapel mics and this one unfortunately is no different.

Use these to interview drivers for our page on Facebook and have no issue with sound quality or anything good but for the price
