PERFECT product. I used to buy green apple powder fro. Jeongwoodang and it was very disappointing experience. And it was a bit suspicious if it had dextrine or not because that powder was so white. But this Polish apple powder is brown and has no sweet taste (which means it is healthy for you) and no sticking together or hardening. I love it!

I'm pretty sure the FDA has stringent labeling laws.I can't even figure out the dosage.

Quality
100 percent apple extract is not easy to find at a reasonable price. This item has the quality and price I was looking for. It works great in my diy hair product.

Not for flavoring, no apple flavor
It tastes like cornstarch. No apple flavor at all so it was worthless in flavoring my tea. It had a powdery taste and consistency in water and left it on spoon. I was hoping for at the very least an apple scent.

This item does not taste good at all
This item does not taste good at all. It says it has abundant dietary fiber but it did not help me to use the bathroom easier.I don't think the cost was worth the product.
