Perfect for smile lines
I bought this in order to get a good smile line on my dip powder french manicure. The picture is my first attempt and I'm pretty impressed. I'm a perfectionist and anything less and I would not have been happy. My biggest advice would be on the method used to create the french manicure- after applying the base, dip into tray with white powder VERY slowly and remove just as slowly. Tap very lightly once or twice while the nail is angled downward. Any more and the product appeared to bunch up. To apply the pink, I held my nail over the pink powder and used a scoop to sprinkle it on the nail, lightly tapping off excess. If I dipped my nail directly into the pink powder it gave the white tip a pink tint that I did not like.The box was a little beat up but the item inside was fine. It does not have a slip resistant bottom. I just put it on top of a hand towel and I never had any issues. All in all, I'm pleased with the product.

Great helper
I recently started doing my own dip powders to help save money by skipping the nail salon more and more. This is a great helper to not only get those crisp white french manicure lines but it is a handy holding well for the powder to not get all over the counter. You can use it with white powder, clear or colored. It has a little ledge for your finger to perch to either dip just the tip into the well or your whole finger if you are doing full coverage.Wish I wouldn't seen this month ago when I started, but it is a staple in my routine now.

NOT NON SLIP!
Super Annoyed! I asked before I bought if this has a Non Slip base and I was told yes! Even the description says it has one. Of course when I received it It does Not! It moves all over the place! If I wanted that I would of just kept my cheap one I had already! The product is very sturdy and well made but the fact that it's not nonslip doesn't help me at all!

NOT FOR SHORT NAILS
I've seen youtube videos of these working but note these are not for short nails!! if you have natural nails without any tips or acrylic I don't think this is for you.

Slides around (just buy some drawer liner and cut it to fit then glue it into place with super glue) other than that it works exactly as the $25 SNS version .

Easy to use. Helps create even lines
Bought to do my own French manicure. Holds a lot. Easy to use. Would prefer a heavier one but can’t go wrong for the money
