As someone who has dealt with seasonal allergies for my whole life, anti-histamines make my body feel out of balance for the month I take them. This is natural and just as (if not more) effective than those and works great.

Worked very well for me. I could definitely tell I took it if I had anything on the higher histomine scale, no side effects, easy to swallow.

They made me bloated with stomach pain and my flare ups came back harder. I was handling the flare-ups with another DAO enzyme and an H1 blocker, but I thought that these seemed like a good idea to cut down on taking multiple supplements. I only took 3 or 4 of them and had to throw them away. My health is not worth it over 40 bucks.

Excelente producto para personas con histaminosis alimentaria. Me pasó que lo usé dos veces por día, pero elevó mis niveles de ácido fólico mucho más de los niveles normales. Recomiendo sólo usar una vez al día y medir los niveles de folato con frecuencia.

Excelente, si evita alimentos con alto contenido de grasa o carnes, podría ayudar a disminuir las molestias de la inflamación corporal o los dolores de cabeza causados por niveles elevados de histamina o el cansancio excesivo.22
