I liked it, but I thought I ordered a black one. It still works even though it silver. We use it for coffee .

I was looking for a carafe that would keep my coffee hot so my third cup would be as hot as the first. So disappointing. Within an hour it is lukewarm.

Hi so first i gave it 4 stars as it was making a squeaky sound when opening but now that i am usiing it there is no more any sound n it keeps the liquid hot for a long time n no dripping or any other issues so 👍

We ordered 4 coffee carafe. 2 were delivered damaged and returned. We received 2 today and 1 was damaged. It is being returned. We received a total of 6 so far and 3 badly damaged. I hope the third time is a charm. If we can get 1 more undamaged that would make 3 deliveries and 7 coffee carafe just to get 4 good ones. I would not recommend this product.

Vendor reached out and asked what they could do to make it right. They sent a new carafe and it operates as advertised. No complaints. I appreciate the vendor going the extra mile to correct a defect.Bought this to use as a coffee carafe but it leaks where the plastic top (surprise, the container is stainless, the top is plastic) attaches to the stainless insulated container. Keeps coffee warm but you have to hold it over the sink when you pour a cup.
