I want to know what is the difference between shearing And clipping machine? I need This to use in cattle.

The machine is the same but the comb is changed from a sharp tooth shearing comb to a smooth tooth. The 20 tooth goat comb is what most people clip cattle hair with.

Is it appropriate for horses?

The Oster Shearmaster is really more for sheep/goats/camelids. You'd want a machine with a different head/blade type for horses.

Would these work well for Jacobs Lambs?

I’m not sure. We bought the clippers to use on our donkey and they work great on his course hair.
