My old hot pack got a hole . Had lavender like this one. However, this product is way better! It’s soft, has a moist heat, goes up the Sides of neck, and and the lavender smell as well. Anyone who needs a hot pack I highly recommend it!

This product has a good feel and weight, but it doesn't hold heat for very long. It works well for a brief time, but get used to sticking it back in the microwave every 20-30 minutes to keep the effect going.

we use this everyday for neck pain. it is very convenient and easy to use. i especially like that it comes with a bag to store it in. great for travel. the wrap is very soft and cozy.

Fits perfectly around my neck and shoulders, covers all the painful areas with an hour of pleasant warmth, with just a minute in the microwave. Slightly heavy. If you are weak you may have someone else help you apply it. It HAD an initial unpleasant odor about it. After a month in front of my air purifier the odor was gone. Just be patient, and keep turning it, the odor Does go away, and you can enjoy the pleasant relief it will give you.Love the color!

This is the perfect size. This has a very soft cover and love that I can remove it to wash it. The heat lasts a good amount of time and so happy it doesn’t smell at all when heated up. Great heat pad.

I received mine yesterday and used it that night to try to warm up my ice block feet in bed. I followed the heating instructions and started with 60 seconds and did two more rounds at 30 seconds each. Climbed into bed and laid it across my feet and it was heaven. I fell asleep faster cuz my ice blocks didn't keep waking me up! The velvet cover is really soft and comforting. I took the cover off for heating and then put it back on before I used it. Super happy with this purchase.

It’s really good but be careful not to wear it on the tag’s side. The heated tag burned my back.

I used this product for a torn hamstring. I ordered one previously my son uses it all of the time for parkinson pain. Great product
