14,000BTU (9,600 BTU SACC) Smart WiFi Portable Air Conditioner with Heater, Powerful Cooling Auto Swing, Dehumidifier, Fan, 24H Timer for Large Room Up to 600 sq ft, AOMI Series

We have a sunroom that is not and cannot be (without a lot of cost) heated and cooled by our home HVAC system. This was added to give us heat & cooling and we love it! The only issue came with some shipping damage (broken plastic piece for window) but the seller was super responsive in a very timely manner & easy to communicate with. All was made right very quickly. HINT: Take photos of the box when it arrives IF there is any damage. As to set-up, I was able to set it up on my own with a tiny bit of help at the end to put the exhaust pipe on (needed someone inside and someone outside for our set-up). The machine does have a drain so keep that in mind when you set it up. We raised it up on a stable platform and used part of the drain pipe to allow it to drain into a bucket. It is a no muss no fuss now to drain. We truly are impressed with this machine and very pleased with our purchase and the seller!

*** UPDATE- The seller refunded 20% of my order for the issues, They did offer to return the item, I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it***This is for a 600 sq ft room, I bought it for a 200 sq ft room, it is a rectangle room so should have been able to cool it nicely. It may lower the temperature in the room a very small amount but not enough to notice, this is with running it for hours. The only reason I gave it two stars is that it looks nice.

Tldr: If you want your room to be a specific temperature, don't buy this unit and if you do, don't expect help from the manufacturer.I really wanted to like this unit. I had another before this, and this unit has a MUCH better window vent setup.The sensor in it is inaccurate though, and the manufacturer is claiming that is to be expected. I specifically bought this unit because it can be set as low as 61°. I need a cool bedroom at night to sleep, which is the whole reason why I use these units. Rather than cooling the 3600 sq ft of my house to that tenperature, I just want to cool my 400 sq ft. bedroom. Even when it was 50° outside, this unit would not cool my room below 65°. It would shut off. Most nights, it barely even would turn on, and when it would, it would quickly shut off.Then, when it was time to use the heat function, it WAY overheated my room to anywhere from 65-68°. Not only is this too hot for me to sleep, but its also wasting electricity.I contacted the seller/manufacturer and they said this was totally normal and offered me $30. This was after they in fact did acknowledge it as an issue by asking for pictures of my unit setup. After a back and forth, with me always having to aggressively remind them that I would win a credit card dispute due to a faulty product, they finally said I could return the item for a full refund. Every email was worded as if they were doing me a favor. In their last email to me, they said:"We do not provide repair services. Normally we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund directly without returning the machine if the machine is defective.However, your machine seems to work normally (although you didn't agree with that), therefore, we prefer to arrange a refund once receive your return."This is ridiculous. So now, I have to try to find a box and padding to send it back, against their usual policy, because their unit completely ignoring the temperature set is considered normal operating.

Cooling and dehumidifying are great, I wouldn't say this unit's particularly quiet however. My main gripe's that if you're using this unit in heating mode often (which I am since it's fall now), the unit fills with water constantly. Error 'H8' is annoying. If you use this primarily as an AC unit/dehumidifier it works great. As a heater it often stops and beeps with the H8 code on its display. I wish it would evaporate the condensation created by the heating mode.

Before I write my review, let me address the thermostat issue.The thermostat is accurate within one degree and in cool mode without the dehumidifier once the air conditioner gets to 1° lower than the temperature is set at both the compressor and the fan will turn off to save wear and tear and electricity. If you wanted to constantly run you will have to set it to dehumidify and that will use significantly more electricity. I have the air conditioner set to 78°, when it gets to 77° it will turn off, it will stay off for a minimum of 3 minutes and once the temperature reaches 79 degrees it turns back on.The frustrating:It has gaps with the window mount when not using the rain guard. I had to use foam and duct tape to get a better seal.The Gree+ app works fine (just make sure to leave WiFi on) however it has major issues with newer versions of Google Home and Alexa and they can't find the device and it has issues with newer versions of Android.The fan speed even on high does not push the air very far so I had to use a pedestal fan to push the air further.A DIY:I used heavy insulating foam sheets with duct tape and wrapped it around the hose to insulate it so it does not generate as much heat and helps the air conditioner work much more efficient. Between insulating the hose and where it connects to the window and air conditioner really makes a huge difference.

I have had my new portable air conditioner for several weeks.... so far it is doing a wonderful job!!! It is keeping my Living Room, Dining room and kitchen very cool and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Has rollers if you need to move around. Also, I choose the beautiful blue with sparkles in the paint. I absolutely love this air conditioner. I also bought the one with a dehumidifier & heater. Just in case I would need either option. Really a nice machine!

I really wanted to leave a ranting and raving feedback! However this thing is listed as a 14k BTU and for rooms up to 700sqf however my living room is only about 600sqf and it can only drop the temp of the room down to about 70 degrees no lower been running for 4 days so far.. I had a uKoke 12k and dropped the room temp to 62 degrees within a few hours. Maybe I got a defective unit or maybe its just poorly listed. Wayyy too much of a hassle to return. :( smaller rooms im sure it would be fine but nothing larger than 300sqf.. is it worth 400? Probably not.

I have it in my bedroom. It is easy to install if you follow the instructions that provided. The window hose is easy to install and adjust. It cools quickly and quietly. I can use it overnight without sleep disturbance. The temperature can go down to 61 degrees. It also has 4 modes: cool, dry, fan, and heat. It can connect to the app through Wifi. It makes my life easier.

Lo he usado por un par de meses y es un aire portatil efectivo. Enfria rapido mi espacio de 5 x 5 mts y el kit de instalacion es sencillo de usar en una ventana corrediza.El ruido del compresor en los equipos portatiles es algo que siempre esta presente. En este equipo tambien existe, pero es un poco menor a otros equipos portatiles de menos BTUs.
