I had this product for Xmas and the quality is superb and came with a lovely note to contact if there were any problems. I did so, as the items were slightly damaged when packaged. I didn’t receive any replies!!I would still recommend this item, and hopefully yours won’t be damaged.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert. Nachdem ich mehrere Variationen und Kissen ausprobiert habe, bin ich endlich zufrieden. Der Stoff ist so kuschelig weich, was man selten findet. Das Sitzkissen ist super durchdacht, da über den Kernen eine stabile Schicht eingebaut wurde, welche das Sitzen, meiner Meinung nach, viel angenehmer macht. Da hat jemand mitgedacht. Danke dafür 👍🏽

I used to meditate on my bed, and even though, in theory, it was still sustainable and healthy, I bought these cushions for myself so that I could create a dedicated space for regular meditation -- which made the habit much more appealing and satisfying.The top cushion feels just right, and it makes me want to sit up with my spine straight (even without any support), and the bottom cushion also feels just right, with just the right texture and softness to for me to settle in and let the mind go.I recommend this product for anyone who is serious about regular meditation. I had fallen out of that habit in recent months, but now that I am making it a priority, this cushion set will make the habit stick.
