Easy to use and freshens up the washer
Why did you choose this product over others?: We have a Hotpoint washer, so this was the connection that led us to it. However it is OK for all washing machines. Comes in a handy pack and is easy to use. Calendar check on pack enables you to keep track of when next usage is due. Does a good job. Washing machines can sometimes become a bit smelly but this pack leaves them clean and sweet. WARNING: The output filter can still get bunged up and needs to be cleaned periodically. Freshness: Leaves the machine smelling fresh after use.

Extra strong cleaner for hard water areas
Cheaper on Amazon than purchasing from washing machine technician. Used some, but too early to see results at the moment. £20 buys 2 boxes of sachets which lasts for 2 years using once a month
