My big 100 lb Golden retriever looks forward to one of these everyday. It's nice and hard and she gets a bit of a good chew out of it. That's supposed to help your dog's hips especially if you have a golden retriever because they are prone to have hip problems as they get older. My dog is now almost 9 years old and she runs around like crazy dog sometimes.
