Installed it in the clock face (I thought the original had a white shaft but it had a black one, slightly different length. I was able to modify the mounting and made it work fine.) It is still working and I expect a long happy life for my clock. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars that one worked fine.. *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2017* I bought this to repair a clock that had the same exact part. i thought something was wrong with mine and that a new one would work well...but guess what ...this one did the same exact thing (second hand freezing and clocks stops - touch the second hand and it would start moving again)...seems to be a problem with this particular model it seems... thank goodness i bought another brand just incase...that one worked fine... ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Don’t waste your money! *by N***K on Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2019* This clock stopped working after one day. Changed the battery, worked for a a few hours and then stopped again. Quality is so bad that it doesn’t even deserve a single star, but had to give it one so I can submit the review!! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/54053740-original-youngtown-12888stc1-s-jg9301-904-9316-904-1023-904](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/54053740-original-youngtown-12888stc1-s-jg9301-904-9316-904-1023-904) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
