Gasland Chef IH603BF 60cm Built-in Induction Hob, 3 Zones Electric Cooktop 5800W, with Slider Touch Control, Boost Function

I almost didn't buy this because another reviewer said that the big hob would only work with pans that were the size of the big hob (which is massive). This is not true, as seen in my video.I am giving this 5 stars.Annoyingly whoever wired my flat before me, only ran 6mm cable to a 32amp fuse. So it was hard to find one I'd be able to use without upgrading my wiring. At 5800 watts this was a direct like for like power replacement for my old 4 burner normal electric one I had before, so if that's a consideration for you then this is a good choice! Most are 7400+ watts, and going to need the more powerful circuit most likely (but I'm not an electrician, I just like to be cautious)..The unit is an absolute bargain imo. I got mine for £140 with a voucher.Massive upgrade from my old ceramic electric which would take ages to heat stuff up and probably waste a lot of energy doing it. Now water boils incredibly fast!One thing to remember when installing these, is they need an air gap of 5cm to work without getting too hot. I imagine lots of people complaining about excessive overheating and cutting out might have not included that air gap. I had to lower my oven, to get the gap seen in the video. I'll be filling up most of that gap, but I imagine the more of a gap there is between hob and whatever it under it, is good for it.Wiring is 3 phase, but easy enough to just shove it all into one phase. Seems to work fine.At lower power levels, there is quite noticeable cycling on and off. But each of the burners does it a different amount at the lower levels, so probably worth just finding the right one for the given task.All in all, very happy with this purchase. Only installed it a few days ago, so no big tests of it yet. But so far, all good. For £140, it's a bargain.

Tiene mas potencia que la que tenia antes, y el fuego grande aunque al principio me parecía demasiado grande detecta sartenes mas pequeñas por lo que puedo usarlo con tamaños mas pequeños del que tiene, estoy contenta con la vitro, espero que con el tiempo pueda seguir diciendo lo mismo.

Size was good, fitted in hole left from old Bosch gas hob. Boils way quicker than gas. You do need a small gap beneath the work top for the fans to blow air through. Luckily we had that. Boost setting on large ring is really good for stir fry. If it lasts 2 years I will be stoked.

très bien emballée , belle plaque de cuisson , silencieuse à première vue, installation facile ,fonctionne bien pour le moment.Le seul problème constaté depuis sa mise en service c'est qu'il est impossible de mètre à l'arret un seul foyer,car toutes les foyers stop en même temps.
