Milk Thistle Tea

I've been drinking FullChea Milk Thistle Tea Bags for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with them! The taste is great for an herbal tea - light and pleasant with subtle earthy notes that aren't overwhelming or bitter like some health teas can be. I started drinking this primarily for liver protection, as I've read about milk thistle's benefits for liver health. While I can't physically feel my liver being "protected," I do feel good knowing I'm taking a natural approach to supporting this important organ, especially after weekends when I might indulge a bit more than usual. One tip I discovered is that adding a small drizzle of honey really enhances the flavor profile! The natural sweetness complements the herbal notes perfectly and makes this more of a treat than just another health routine step. Sometimes I'll add a slice of lemon too for some extra brightness. The tea bags are high quality and well-packaged, which I appreciate. They steep quickly and don't fall apart in hot water like some cheaper brands I've tried. I've made this part of my evening wind-down routine, and I look forward to it each day!

I have developed mild fatty liver disease and am now drinking this tea. I’ve also changed my diet and not sure which, but maybe combination, my condition is definitely improving. Not much definitive taste but that’s ok.

This milk thistle tea is good quality and easy to brew. The tea bags are well packed, and the 3g per bag makes a nice, balanced cup. The flavor is mild and earthy, which I appreciate, and it’s easy to drink regularly. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars mainly because the taste may be a bit plain for some, but overall it’s a solid, natural milk thistle tea and a good value for the quantity.

This Milk Thistle It’s the best tea I ever bought, after drinking I feel soothing in my stomach right away, i bought this tea because I have pain in my right side of my stomach for due to inflammation gut. And this tea it’s like a miracle first time I ever tried milk thistle and I can say it’s works wonders specially I’m very sensitive in everything I drink! or eat I don’t have anymore gallbladder so I always have stomach problems. I tried ginger tea too it’s soothing as well but a bit strong in my stomach sometimes due to kinda spicy But this Milk Thistle it’s soothing yet it’s very gentle in stomach. Now I can drink this 2x a days and relieve the indigestion right away.

Very happy with the tea, the packaging and the delivery, but I wish that the individual tea bags were not wrapped in a plastic netting. It may in fact be a biodegradable netting, but it doesn't say that on the packaging. If I'm wrong, please let me know.

This really has no taste at all, but if I use it with ginger aid and nettle in the evening, it is perfect for what I want it for and gives me a great sleep. I would order this anytime again.
