This was straight forward and I then added MS Office, Dropbox and Firefox programs. Once this was done, I updated all of the software including the OS which took about 15 mins via the internet. It was that simple and everything worked.I purchased this particular all in one PC as:The 27" monitor is a great size to use and can be set up in landscape (normal) OR rotated 90 degrees to use Portrait, the latter being great for word documments. The monitor resolution is good and the image is much better than i thought it would be for an all in one PC.Being an all in one unit, there are less wires to connect, less boxes and this leaves lots of room on our desks.The PC is super quiet and i can hardly hear it at all.I have deliberately given the PC a lot of hard work multi tasking with big files to see if it would get hot but after 5 hours of continuous work, it was hardly even warm :)Only thing that i have not figured out yet is how to reduce the screen brightness.I would recomend this product for office and home use but i dont know how it would perform with gaming.I am so pleased with it that i have just ordered another one to add to the office network. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Flickering display *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 July 2024* The flickering screen is incredibly annoying at its mildest and potentially harmful to eyes at its worst.
