⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Pigeon 1.5L Kettle is a very useful product for daily use. It heats water quickly, is easy to operate and clean, and the 1.5L capacity is perfect for regular household needs. Good quality and worth the price. Overall, a great product for everyday use.

I bought this last month and is very useful product. With 2.5 liter capacity and ceramic coating at this price, I have no complains. The product is stury and I can cook chicken and cook rice in. It is advised to get wooden spatula and other wooden spoon to protect the coating. It has a great look and is very easy to use. 1000 watt capacity makes the cooking very easy. I have not tried to make puri in it, but as far now, I think that will not be a problem as the heating is great.

Avoid buying Pigeon products from Amazon in Lucknow if the after-sales service is handled by Vaishnav Enterprises. The container of my Pigeon electric kettle cracked on its own within just seven months of normal use while boiling water. Since the product was still under warranty, I expected a straightforward replacement process. Instead, I experienced one of the worst after-sales service experiences I've ever had. It took four days for the owner of Vaishnav Enterprises to even contact me. Rather than resolving a genuine warranty claim, I was given one excuse after another—first claiming I wasn't receiving the OTP, then unbelievably suggesting that I buy a new SIM card. Every interaction felt designed to delay the process instead of helping the customer. The replacement timeline kept getting pushed further, making it seem as though the goal was to frustrate customers until they gave up on their claim. This isn't customer service—it's a complete failure of customer support and accountability. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and in this case, the after-sales service completely ruined my confidence in the brand. If you're in Lucknow, I strongly recommend avoiding Pigeon products from Amazon if your warranty claims are routed through Vaishnav Enterprises. Save yourself the time, stress, and endless excuses. Absolutely pathetic service.
