Great product
My hair has become dry through menopause. This is really helped. It’s expensive , but worth it.

Condition not so great.
Received the shampoo in poor packaging, with visible residue around the cap and partially filled. Appears used or mishandled. Disappointed as I expected a brand-new product. For the price I would’ve expected the item to be sent as a new sealed boxed shampoo. Disappointed and I don’t want to use a used product. They also don’t accept returns of course. What a waste. Only giving one star for the smell. Smells nice.

Hard white lumps in product
The media could not be loaded. I think I've recieved faulty or out of date product, which is pretty rough considering they're charging £20 a bottle.
