This stuff is amazing! My husband thinks it works because it gets so cold when it goes on. I think it works because the magnesium penetrates and gets to the muscle or tendon in this case that is the problem. I had an adverse reaction to Cipro, where are my tendons were extremely angry. I had to stop anytime. I felt pain so that they would not rupture. I could not take NSAIDs or steroids to help with the pain. This magnesium rub would calm down the angry tendons quickly after application. I had bought this first on vacation when I knew I wouldn’t have the ability to soak in an Epson salt bath. And then I found it helped with any minor pains that I had had. Thus, I had it on hand when the Cipro reaction occurred, and I discovered it works so very very well. And it is gentle and mild, and I don’t worry about any side effects. I highly recommend it. I do also recommend putting clothes on over it, because it may leave a white residue. It doesn’t bother me, but I just know that it will leave a little white on the sheets, we’re on anything that it touches so I just prefer to have clothes on over it.

Now this is a great product! Gel formula soothes muscle strain. I also use on my feet and ankles that swell. Repeat Customer!

This gel works great! Within minutes of applying your muscles and joints feel better. It does it without a smell or the burning from some creams. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is the packaging. Upon receiving my order one tube had come apart where the tube seals at the bottom and gel was all over. After opening a second tube, on the second time I went to use it and squeezed the tube, the bottom seal broke on it and gel came squirting out the top. This gel only requires you to use a small amount so we keep wasting it. They need better tubes with a good seal on the bottom.

This stuff works amazing if you suffer from insomnia. Rub it on the soles of your feet before bed and it calms you down in 15 minutes:) I can feel my breathing slow down and my mind settles when the magnesium in it kicks in and starts working. Wonderful stuff and potent.

Well, I had high hopes, but it works ok. I was hoping for a low odor muscle pain reliever. Like an epsom salt bath can provide. It smells nice, goes on like clear gel, feels like water on the skin, but I really didn't notice much muscle relief. I wanted it to work really well, but it feel a little short of my hopes and expectations. If you need a lighter or close to no scent product, it's maybe a good option to try. But it doesn't compare to other muscle analgesics like Deep Blue, or Bio Freeze or similar items. It does not have a strong odor like those products have, so that is a plus. I probably won't re buy it though. Who knows it may be just what you need?

I'm glad I found this help my poor feet and muscles cramps in my leg. I still buy regular Epsom salt just to soak in it this for a quick fix. Will be purchasing more.

I use this to calm my restless leg syndrome at night before bed. It works almost immediately to stop my legs from twitching. I wouldn't be sleeping well without it.
