I have tried many other flavors from Carbone and are great !. This particular Jar of "Spicy Vodka " Sauce is by far the BOMB ! I will never buy anything else for all of my Italian dish foods. Very well packed, So well balanced with all necessary ingrediencies makes this the best. perfect in all ways . Love, Love, Love in every jar. You will love it , you can't stop eating this wonderfully crafted sauce. I give it 20 stars. Waste no time and enjoy the best.

If you’re looking for spicy, then you’ve found it!
Great BASE sauce. I call it a base sauce bc you need to add 8oz of heavy cream & 2-tbsp of butter to make it resemble a Vodka sauce (this is stated on the label). The bottle states there’s vodka already in the sauce but it didn’t taste like it. I added chopped shallots, garlic & vodka and it came out delicious.

Inedible
First, we love a lot of spice in everything. We also love vodka pasta sauce and finally Carbone is our fave bottled pasta sauce. HOWEVER, this sauce is ridiculously spicy. When I first tasted it I knew I would have to cut it with another bottle of Carbone’s milder sauce. We still could not eat our pasta after trying a few small bites. I wish I could return the other bottle but I do plan to request a refund!

So good! Taste like the restaurant dish!
I had this in the restaurant and loved it so much I searched for the recipe and found this sauce. I figured I’d give it a shot and now I’m obsessed! This taste so good and tastes like what you get at Carbone. You will need to add a little heavy cream like the instructions tell you.

Reminds me of good ol New York
sauce is awesome. A bit pricey but well worth the money. You must use the heavy cream and butter for the full flavor. It taste so fresh and creamy. Spice is not overpowering but then again I like spicy. Nice and thick. Clings to be pasta perfectly and use garlic bread to soak up the sauce!

Perfect Spice Level
The spice level was perfect. I am not one of those people who can eat dozens of jalapeños, but I do love a good spicy dish. This was ideal as it had the right amount of spicy flavor without lighting my entire mouth on fire. Great flavor overall. Arrived well packaged. The box has a nice presentation for gifts or a special dinner.
