The follow up service is dreadful with unwarranted delays in providing the return label when a wrong colour was sent. The bag quality is poor. Avoid at all costs

Looks cheap & plasticy

I'm returning this, it looks cheap and plasticy.It did improve once I'd got the creases out. (Hung it from the handles with a bottle of wine inside for a couple of days).
