I bought these for my grandma after she had a stroke. These should be available in all hospitals and for people recovering. The nurses from the stroke association were really impressed with them and found my grandma was regaining strength much faster then expected. They come in three different resistance strengths and are really easy to use.

This was super helpful in recovering post-surgery from a major wrist fracture - I was able to start with the easiest resistance and build up over time. I just left them on my desk and used them all the time when I'm calls and whatnot. Definitely helped with regaining strength!

Egg and donut easy to use. The finger exerciser not so much. I have OA in my hands and this made the bones in the back of my hand crackle and pop.
