I suffer with Carpal Tunnel and my partner is having issues with a compressed Radial Nerve and needs to exercise his fingers. This is simple and effective. Good resistance and it comes with a little pouch that is nice and handy to keep them tidy,

Not for people with large hands
The product arrived quickly and was as described - sadly the "rubber knuckleduster" set of 3 pieces appears to have been made for a small child and therefore useless for me. The squeeze rings look to be ok and the egg shaped squeeze balls might find a home too. Probably my fault - I know I have large mitts and should have looked a bit deeper into the reviews. Mea culpa.

Bought these for my mum who has arthritis, doctor recommended some hand exercises, thought this was good as each colour is a different strength, so she can start with soft and work up, good value for what you get

le plus "souple" des anneaux est trop dures !
alors les produits sont plutot correcte, le seul pb ce sont les differences de resistances, d'une part ca ne correspond pas aux images et il n'y a pas de coherence et grande differences entre les oeuf par exemple et les anneaux sont tous trop durs...
