They charge my phone fast, and will even charge my laptop too. The cord length is generous enough that I don't have trouble reaching a socket behind the furniture, etc. I got a bunch of these so I can have one in each room and another in my travel bag so it's right there whenever I'm out of town. My only complaint is the USB plug is pretty tight. It takes a good deal of force to plug/unplug it from my phone.
