My hair was pretty light, (natural brunette bleached blonde) and this took me to the white I was hoping for! Evened out the frustrating darker parts and wasn't damaging to my hair! I used the platinum blonde! 3rd pic is before.

Will be buying again. Great shade of blonde and lifts the brass/ orange all the way out. Is easy on the hair, great product.

I thought Prime was supposed to be 2-day shipping. I guess not because this didn't come in for almost 2 weeks. When it did arrive, the creme color didn't have any tent when you first put it in the mixture, did not feel nice on my hair, and did not effect the color. Not worth the money or the time
